Learning to Lead - Get Career Ready

Workshop run by Sophie Brigden

Following her successful Pondero, Pilates for the Mind, talk about employability skills for students, Sophie Brigden of BeTheBest is now running this workshop for us.

Students will get insight into their key strengths using a psychometric instrument and engaging group challenges. Reflection on the learning will be related to graduate employability skills valued by organisations, self-awareness and the power of collaboration. They will finish by creating a development plan of how they can further hone their individual attributes.

Following her successful Pondero, Pilates for the Mind, talk about employability skills for students, Sophie Brigden of BeTheBest is now running this workshop for us.

Students will learn about the power of their and others' individual strengths using a psychometric instrument and through the completion of a challenging group problem. Through collaborative effort they will develop self-awareness, confidence in their attributes and the importance of team work. Reflection on learning will result in an action plan focusing on further developing their skills.

Beating Anger for Families

Workshops run by Linda Bolland

Following successful Pondero, Pilates for the Mind, talks on the subject of anger, we now run this two part workshop series which will give you and your children a background into the science behind anger and help in dealing with anger - whether it is your own or that of others. The series will be run for 3 -4 families.
There will be a 2018 two part workshop series.
